A.I. Love You is a Japanese manga series by Ken Akamatsu. It follows the story of Hitoshi Kōbe, a high school student who excels in programming and creates a program named Saati, an advanced artificial intelligence. One day, Saati comes to life due to a lightning storm and becomes Hitoshi's girlfriend. The series explores their not-so-ordinary lives and the challenges they face in keeping Saati's true nature a secret. A.I. Love You was serialized in Weekly Shōnen Magazine and later moved to Magazine Special, with nine manga volumes released between 1994 and 1997. It was also licensed and released in North America by Tokyopop. The English adaptation received positive reviews for its story and characters, despite criticisms of the artwork.
