The Cat Returns is a 2002 Japanese animated fantasy film directed by Hiroyuki Morita. It is a spin-off of Whisper of the Heart and stars Chizuru Ikewaki, Yoshihiko Hakamada, Tetsu Watanabe, Yosuke Saito, Aki Maeda, and Tetsurō Tamba.
