Heart Attack is a romantic Thai film written and directed by Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit. It follows the story of Yoon, a workaholic freelancer who falls in love with his doctor. However, he is unable to express his feelings due to a heart attack. The film was released in 2015 and features Sunny Suwanmethanon, Davika Hoorne, Violette Wautier, and Torpong Chantabubph in the lead roles. Surattanawee Suviporn and Kornpassorn Ratanameathanont of Triumphs Kingdom make a cameo appearance, and Banjong Pisanthanakun, GTH's director, also appears as a doctor.
