Ong Bak 2: The Beginning is a 2008 Thai martial arts film set in 15th century Thailand. Tien, the young son of a noble family, trains himself in martial arts to avenge his parents' death. The film was released on 4 December 2008 and became a box office success. A sequel titled Ong Bak 3 was released in 2010.
